UnifiedKeySource.com currently ships to locations within the United States of America and Canada.
Although our company does not ship to international destinations at this time, we may add additional
countries to our delivery destinations in the near future. NOTE: If you are located in a country out-side of the US or Canada and would like to inquire about purchasing our products, please contact us via email at: info@UnifiedKeySource.com. Destinations out-side the U.S. and Canada may require additional packaging fees, shipping fees, customs documentation fees, importing fees and processing fees. ALSO: By inquiring about these charges and information does not constitute our company can or will process your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
UnifiedKeySource.com strives to process all orders the same day we receive them. We also try to deliver your order to the carrier the same day or within a reasonable period of time, in most cases the next business day. Our normal shipping hours are Monday thru Friday, excluding all holidays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. If we receive your order confirmation after 3:30pm during normal working hours, your order will be shipped the next day. If we receive your order on Friday after 3:30pm, your order will ship the following Monday, providing it is not a holiday. We also can not guarantee delivery by a particular date or within a particular time frame.
In the event a carrier returns to us any product because it could not be delivered to the address you provided or was rejected by the recipient, we will issue you a credit for the full purchase price of the order less: (1) all shipping costs and packaging fees including any cost we incurred as a result of the non-delivery.
SHIPPING METHODS & FEES
FLAT RATE
Currently, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only shipping method UnifiedKeySource.com offers. It is the simplest and most economical shipping method we have found. For a limited time, we are offering "FREE Shipping" to all locations within the continental U.S., including Alaska and most locations in Canada. If you choose our Flat Rate, a shipping fee of $0.00 is added during your check out process. USPS - First Class Rate is usually delivered within 2-7 days to most addresses within the U.S., from order confirmation and process. NOTE: Orders that are shipped to Post Office Boxes may take a few additional days for delivery depending on your particular State and geographical location.
PACKAGING FEES
UnifiedKeySource.com charges a nominal fee of $1.60 for processing and packaging your order for shipment. This fee is in addition to any product costs and shipping fees you are charged. This is a one-time only fee charged for preparing your order for shipment and is charged for each order placed with UnifiedKeySource.com.
RETURN POLICY
If UnifiedKeySource.com, shipped the wrong product to you due to an over sight by our processing department, please contact our Customer Service Dept. via email at: customerservice@UnifiedKeySource.com, or call us at: 1-888-989-KEYS (5397), immediately. Although we take great pride to always process and ship the correct item(s) to match your order, sometimes we make a mistake. As soon as you notify us you received an in-correct product(s), we will immediately re-issue your order, with the corrected product(s) and ship the order at our expense. You will not be charged any additional shipping or packaging fees for us to replace your order.
If YOU inadvertently ordered the wrong product(s), do not worry, we will exchange your products free of charge. As soon as you are aware you ordered the wrong keys, please contact our Customer Service Dept., via email at: customerservice@UnifiedKeySource.com, or call us at: 1-888-989-KEYS (5397). You will be instructed to ship the product back to us in the original packaging or comparable packaging to insure the product will not be damaged during shipment. Upon receiving your shipment and inspection, we will re-issue a subsequent order with the corrected item(s), providing the corrected item(s) cost is the same as the returned product. To replace your order, you will only be responsible for shipping charges, packaging fees and any increased product costs.
If, for any reason you are not totally pleased with your purchase and would like to return your order, we have a No Questions Asked - Return Policy. Simply contact our Customer Service Dept. within 10 days of receiving your order, via email at: customerservice@unifiedkeysource.com or by phone at: 1-888-989-KEYS (5397). We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RTN) and instruct you to ship your order back to us. Upon receiving of your order and inspection, we will issue a full credit, minus the packaging and any shipping fees charged, to the credit card account you originally used to purchase your order. UnifiedKeySource.com does not charge any re-stocking fees, returned item fees, or any additional fees if you choose to return your purchase within 10 days. Just return the items to us in the same condition you received them and we will refund or credit your account for all items in full.
